Raghavji Steel Private Limited (RSPL) operates an integrated manufacturing process designed to transform quality raw materials into reliable steel products through controlled and carefully monitored production stages. Our operations bring together steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling and Thermex quenching technology to support consistent product quality and performance.
Our manufacturing journey begins with controlled steelmaking, followed by Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) operations to produce quality MS Billets. These billets are subsequently processed through the rolling mill to manufacture high-strength TMT reinforcement bars. For TMT production, Thermex quenching technology enables controlled cooling to develop the required combination of strength and ductility.
From raw-material selection and chemical composition to casting, rolling, quenching and final inspection, critical manufacturing parameters are monitored throughout the process. This systematic approach helps maintain consistency, dimensional accuracy and dependable mechanical properties across our products.
Our process begins with controlled steelmaking, where selected raw materials are melted and processed to achieve the required chemical composition and metallurgical consistency.
Molten steel is continuously cast through the CCM to produce MS Billets with controlled dimensions, consistent quality and a reliable metallurgical foundation for further processing.
Quality billets are reheated and processed through the rolling mill to produce TMT reinforcement bars with controlled dimensions, rib profiles and consistent surface.
Hot-rolled TMT bars undergo controlled water quenching through Thermex technology, helping develop the desired combination of strength, ductility and structural performance.
From raw materials to finished products, critical parameters are systematically monitored and tested to maintain consistency, dimensional accuracy and dependable mechanical properties.
Finished TMT Bars and MS Billets are thoroughly inspected, properly identified, securely bundled, and prepared for safe handling and transportation, ensuring product integrity is maintained throughout the dispatch process.
